Dear Oneka Senior Men’s League Golfer:

We look forward to the 2025 Oneka Ridge Senior Men’s Golf League season and seeing new and existing members out on the course. The annual league dues for 2025 are $140, which includes the GHIN handicap fee, monthly luncheons, Club Championship and Match Play prizes, Fall Banquet meal and prizes as well as some administrative expenses.

League play will begin this year on Tuesday April 1st, weather providing. Members will not be able to play or participate in league events until payment of annual dues is received. Dues can be paid online with a credit card or payment by check that can be dropped off or mailed directly to the golf course.

The Spring Meeting will be held at Oneka Ridge Golf Course on Tuesday March 25th @ 9am. We will discuss information about the upcoming season, review the schedule of events, and clarify any changes that may occur. 

All Senior Men's Club League play is governed by the USGA Rules of Golf. As always, it is imperative that all members adhere strictly to those rules. The response we had to the mandatory rules meetings we held previously was very positive. We will briefly review those rules that were emphasized at those meetings and answer any questions that may arise in the enforcement of those rules. Whenever a rules violation is in question, inform the pro shop of the circumstances and they will make the final decision of the enforcement of the violation.

Green fees and cart fees will be $32 for green fees and $17 for cart fees this year. The event fee will also remain the same at $5. There is an optional daily fee of $5 if you choose to participate in that day's “skins” game. Winnings from each event will be recorded as clubhouse credit that can be used in the pro shop for merchandise. Winnings from the skin games will be paid in cash.

The tee time reservation days will be the same as last year. Members will be able to make online tee time reservations on Thursdays at 9:00 p.m. for the following Tuesday and on Mondays at 9:00 p.m. for the following Thursday. Online reservations close at 10:00am the day before the event.

The senior (Gold) tees will continue to be the default tees. However, the forward (Red) tees will again be an option. If you are planning to play from the forward tees, be sure to answer the email that will be sent out asking you to designate that you will be playing from the Red tees. You must play those tees throughout each round for the entire season and your handicap will be adjusted accordingly.

Oneka Ridge will continue to send text messages regarding event cancellations, no carts, etc. due to weather. Please be sure to include your cell phone number in the registration form.
